Forget the rules, if you like it. Wear it.

Hello everyone!

First of all, Happy Diwali to all you beautiful people!

I haven’t posted anything in over 3 weeks, apologies for that. The new school semester has started and I’ve been a little occupied with classes and everything!

Initially I was intending to go for a grunge inspired look, because its really trending right now and my sister suggested that I should too! I definitely will be doing one soon! This look however was just put together, so i could wear this gorgeous shirt! I love it. I feel like its a really Korean street fashion kinda look? Obviously it depends on your personal style and liking. My mother for example, when I bought this shirt she didn’t like it at all! and thought it really odd! but then when I wore it for this look, we got over all the issues she had with my shirt. 🙂

I like standing apart from the crowd, being different (most of the time) so whenever I find something I haven’t seen before or a little unique ( and not hideous!) I try and get it! Its a cotton polyester blend, and the pleating in the back is beautiful 🙂 The look overall is very minimal, but still bold.

I think confidence plays a big role in everything you do, including pulling off an outfit. Somebody might find something you like really weird or unfaltering, but if you like it then go for it! I’m definitely not someone who has that ‘perfect body’, I don’t even have a the famous thigh gap but that doesn’t stop be from wearing what I like. This doesn’t mean I don’t want to be fitter though but at the same time I’m confident in my own skin.

I hope you guys liked this post, share with me if you guys get inspired by this post! OR have a favourite trend you would like to share with me and want me to do a post on! Don’t forget to tag me either on Instagram or Twitter 🙂
