Hi lovlies 🙂
This summer I visited the states and spent a week in Orlando, Florida. This was actually our second trip to Orlando, but all I had on the itinerary was to visit as many parks as we could!
I had been to Universal Studios before, so I was majorly excited to visit Disney Land! Mainly, because as a child I had always been a disney girl. Loving all my disney princesses and watching Lion King and all their other animated movies. We visited four of the parks at Disney: Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Magical Kingdom and Animal Kingdom. To be really honest, Disney didn’t meet my expectations maybe because I had so many and I am 21. It really would be a magical experience for toddlers and kids and even young teenagers, but when you visit Disney Land at the age of 21 I don’t think you can really go all out and enjoy yourself that much.
My favourite park had to be Magical Kingdom though, because it really did look magical. They had a real life ‘Cinderella’s Castle’ which took my breath away. Like I mentioned I had always been a Disney princess girl, also the best moment was that I got to meet my favourite princess of all time, Jasmine. Definitely felt like a little girl with all that excitement in me. Otherwise all the other parks are built really well however there isn’t that much to do if your not one of the young ones visiting the parks.
On the other hand Universal Studios Island of Adventures and the original Universal Studios was perfect for all ages. They had activities for young kids as well as ones teenagers and adults would enjoy. From crazy gigantic roller coasters, 3D animation roller coasters. They also had ‘the Wizarding world of Harry Potter’ Which is absolutely amazing for the spectators and the ones who want to enjoy the roller coasters. I have to say I enjoyed Universal Studios more than disney land, and it would actually be worth your money more than Disney Land if you’re visiting after your early teenage years.
