Been a while hasn’t it?
Firstly, Happy New Year! We’re already 14 days into January, it feels like 2015 flew by in a blink. Winter isn’t over yet, though, and this post is a wintery outfit indeed.
Let’s be real, me and this look. Not really my style is it? In all honesty, I loved the feel of this dress (literally) it’s this thin woollen fabric but when I put it on I felt like a nun. Maybe a more fashionably forward nun. There is nothing wrong with the dress, it just wasn’t my style and I decided it to take this as a personal challenge that why can’t this be my style? I must say, I loved stepping out of my comfort zone on this one!
I paired this grey Zara dress with this beige and white block heeled heels, from Charles and Keith. Added on this gorgeous statement necklace, which was purchased from a trip in Australia. The look was coming together, pretty well.
For my lips, I went for a deep colour, “Diva from Mac Cosmetics and partitioned my hair in the middle and tied it into a pony. I believe it gave the whole look a slight boost. Then finished the outfit with a Black large rimmed hat! 🙂
You should definitely go find that granny looking dress in your or mums wardrobe and give it a makeover, with your styling of course!
Hope you guys enjoyed this post, and good luck! :*
